The Carter-Hoffmann T724 Queen Mary cart can hold as much as 200 pounds of flatware and dishes on its four storage shelves. For durability, the reinforced shelves have flanged down sides and marine edges, and the frame is made of tubular aluminum. Featuring an open design, the cart can be quickly loaded and unloaded, which increases productivity in a busy kitchen because employees can work without opening doors or drawers.

To mobilize the unit, the Carter-Hoffmann T724 Queen Mary cart has four casters, two of which swivel to provide maneuverability, and two of which are rigid to guide the cart in a straight line. Operators can use the push handle to move the cart while it’s full and heavy, and a bumper is wrapped around the entire unit to protect the cart, walls, and other equipment when users bump into them.
