The Carter-Hoffmann MC223GS-2T countertop holding cabinet has two independently controlled shelves, and each shelf has its own countdown timer and electronic controls, so the unit can warm two different products at once. Adjustable in 1-degree increments, the temperature can be set to a maximum 195 degrees Fahrenheit. For freshness, the bottom of the shelves heat up evenly with anodized aluminum plates, and the included pan covers keep moisture in the product. These pan covers are removable to ease the cleaning process, and the unit’s stainless steel body wipes clean. To keep maintenance minimal, this Carter-Hoffman MC223GS-2T drawer warmer does not have hard-to-replace moving parts.
