The Carter-Hoffmann M343S-2T countertop heated holding cabinet accepts 12 third-size, 2¹/₂-inch-deep pans. Each section has top and bottom heat: top heat for each box and bottom heat for each shelf. The control panels include a countdown timer, an audible and visual alarm, alpha-numeric display, time display, and temperature display. Rubber feet on the bottom of the unit prevent it from sliding around on countertops. The Carter-Hoffmann M343S-2T countertop drawer warmer is constructed of stainless steel for strength and durability.
