The Carter-Hoffmann CNH28LP Crisp ‘N Hold fry dump station has an embossed food bay that evenly distributes heat, while the included dividers create as many as six different sections in the pan. Holding up against rust, dents, and scratches, the unit is constructed of stainless steel, while high-density fiberglass insulation is 5/8 inch thick to trap heat and increase efficiency. Excess runoff is caught by the crumb tray, which slides out to simplify cleaning. It fits inside countertop cutouts measuring 301/4 inches by 203/4 inches.
The Carter-Hoffmann CNH28LP fry dump station heats with LP gas, and foods are kept crispy with its constant warm air. Factory set at a maximum temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the thermostat is accessible with tools to adjust the temperature. For cleaning or servicing, the heating system has a modular design.
