The Carter-Hoffmann CNH18LP Crisp ‘N Hold fryer dump station uses warm air to keep foods crispy after being fried and is automatically set at a maximum temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To adjust the temperature, the thermostat can be accessed with tools, while the unit uses LP gas. It is made of heavy-duty, corrosion resistant stainless steel and has a welded holding compartment that keeps oil from leaking. Its food grate has holes to spread the heat consistently, and excess oil runoff is caught by the bottom pan. Removable to facilitate servicing or cleaning, the modular heater on the Carter-Hoffmann CNH18LP fryer dump station can be placed on either side.
