The Carter-Hoffmann CH750 undercounter cook and hold oven holds as many as (10) 12-inch-by-20-inch pans or 100 pounds of meat. Constructed of fully welded stainless steel, the unit is resistant to dents, scratches, and rust, and for heat retention, it has high-density fiberglass insulation. Its field-reversible door has self-closing hinges and a durable latch with a magnetic catch. Preventing the unit from damaging and marking door frames and walls, there are vinyl bumpers on either side. Its 2-inch casters simplify movement, and two of the casters have brakes.
The Carter-Hoffmann CH750 undercounter oven has separate controls and displays for cooking and holding modes, while its thermometer shows the interior temperature at the push of a button. Items can be cooked at temperatures as high as 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and the holding cycle holds product between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooking to a desired temperature or with an 18-hour timer is enabled by this unit, and its gentle heating system helps caramelize meats to produce juicy product. Heat inside the cabinet is spread evenly by the blower fan.
