Blodgett MARK V-100 Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven – Stacking Kit

Using a two-speed fan to move hot air, the Blodgett MARK V-100 single full-size convection oven evenly distributes heat to eliminate hot and cold spots while speeding up the cooking process. It has one cooking chamber with a standard depth, holding pans in a side-to-side position. It can accommodate five full-size sheet pans in 11 positions and has a corrosion-resistant porcelainized interior. Streamlining the cleaning process, this material helps prevent food from sticking.

Solid-state controls in this Blodgett MARK V-100 full-size electric convection oven ensure convenient operation with a temperature range between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a Cook & Hold function so chefs can make product and keep it at safe serving temperatures until the entire meal is ready. Its Pulse Plus feature prevents the fan from creating ripples in liquid and light product before it can set.
