Blodgett DFG-100
The Blodgett DFG-100 convection oven can be used in commercial kitchens to bake many types of products. A two-speed fan in its chamber circulates air throughout the oven, preventing cold zones and giving food an even bake. The oven’s five racks can be set to 11 different positions, accommodating differently sized food pans.
The Blodgett DFG-100 commercial convection oven’s extensive stainless steel endures scraping and denting, making it great for long-term use in a commercial kitchen. Its stainless steel legs stabilize the unit and can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces. In order to offer a look at what’s cooking in the oven and prevent heat loss when opening the door, the door is glass paned.
