Blodgett DFG-100-ES

The Blodgett DFG-100-ESSGL full-size convection oven operates from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, controlled by an accurate solid-state thermostat. A digital control system simplifies operation and has an LED display. Operators can slowly roast meat with the cook and hold feature, and the Pulse Plus function is designed for gently cooking delicate foods.

Five 18-inch-by-26-inch pans fit in the porcelainized compartment. Durable for high-volume operations, the Blodgett DFG-100-ESSGL full-size convection oven has corrosion-resistant, stainless steel front, top, and sides. Frame and insulated design provide additional strength, and dual-pane windows in the doors provide visibility into the cooking compartment. A powder-coated handle simultaneously opens both doors, while the control panel slides out to simplify cleaning.
