Blodgett DFG-100
The angle iron frame on the Blodgett DFG-100 double convection oven prevents bending, while the stainless steel front, sides, and top provide resistance to dents and scratches. For heat retention, solid mineral fiber insulation surrounds the cooking chambers on the top, bottom, sides, and back, and to prevent any leaks, the doors feature a pressure lock. Dual-pane thermal glass windows provide a clear view of the interiors without releasing a bunch of heat.
Because the interiors are porcelainized, they help distribute heat, while their slick surfaces minimize food buildup. When cleaning, the burners can be removed for convenient access underneath them. This Blodgett DFG-100 gas convection oven features solid-state thermostats that monitor and maintain the set temperature. Tube burners provide heat, and dual-speed blowers circulate it around the chamber for even cooking. This unit’s control panels are removable for servicing, and during operation, a cooling fan moves air across them to extend their lifespan.
