Blodgett BLCT-10E-H

The Blodgett BLCT-10E-H ventless combi oven has touchscreen controls that let employees choose between multiple cooking modes. It can store 500 recipes with as many as 15 steps each, making it simple to repeat frequently cooked dishes. Its Hoodini hood has a condenser and catalytic system to remove steam, smoke, and fumes. The oven’s interior is illuminated by bright halogen lights, enabling employees to monitor food through the dual-pane glass door as it cooks. To prevent it from opening while cooking, the door has a safety latch.

To ensure food is cooked thoroughly for safety purposes, the Blodgett BLCT-10E-H countertop combi oven has an internal temperature probe that monitors product. Its five shelves hold pans and are made of wire to offer uniform air circulation. This unit accommodates six 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch pans or (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2-inch full-size hotel pans. Made of stainless steel, the oven is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. It has a 1.57-inch drain to facilitate water removal after steaming.
