The Blodgett BCX-14GSGL full-size combi oven has a manual control system with functions for hot air, humidity, and cool down modes. There is a steam on-demand feature that adds steam to any cooking cycle. The thermostat control can be adjusted to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and a 6-inch probe with the core probe function accurately measures the temperature for cooking and holding. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the compartment, ensuring baking is consistent inside the cooking chamber. The system can hold 99 recipes, so users can program popular menu items for consistent cooking anytime the oven is used.
Inside this Blodgett BCX-14GSGL full-size combi oven, there are five stainless steel racks, but the unit can hold up to seven full-size sheet pans or 14 full-size hotel pans. Insulation keeps heat inside the cabinet, and halogen lights shine on the food to enhance visibility. Staff can monitor the cooking process through the glass door window. This double-pane window has hinges on the interior pane, making cleaning convenient.
