Blodgett BCX-14E

The Blodgett BCX-14ESGL full-size combi oven comes with five stainless steel racks and holds as many as seven 18-inch-by-26-inch full-size sheet pans or 12-inch-by-20-inch full-size hotel pans. Crevices are eliminated by coved corners on the interior liner, so food particles and liquids are not trapped inside the compartment. Halogen light illuminates the interior for product visibility through the double-pane window on the door. The interior glass on this door is hinged, so it’s convenient to thoroughly clean the unit. Since the compartment is fully insulated, the oven can be heated to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

There are functions for hot air, humidity, and cool down, enabling users to prepare virtually any product. With a steam on-demand feature, steam can be added to any cooking cycle and, when there is too much steam in the cavity, the operator can release it by flipping the cavity vent control switch. The operator can store the recipes for popular menu items in the control system. It can hold 99 recipes, and they can be uploaded or downloaded from the USB connection port. This Blodgett BCX-14ESGL full-size combi oven’s control system notifies the user when the steam generator needs to be delimed.
