The Black Diamond BDGR-6024GB commercial gas range has six open top burners and a 24-inch raised griddle broiler. This layout gives operators the versatility to cook food in pots and pans or directly on the 3/4-inch-thick griddle surface, and the broiler is great for fish, chicken, and steaks. Its open burners have 12-inch by 12-inch grates on top and operate with individual control knobs.
A pair of standard ovens are built into the base of this Black Diamond BDGR-6024GB gas range and they have adjustable thermostats to accommodate different cooking needs. They are adjustable from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and the interiors are made of porcelain-a rust-resistant construction that prevents food from sticking. Each oven comes with two adjustable racks. To protect users from burns, the oven door handles stay cool to the touch.
