Great for cooking almost anything in pots and pans, the Black Diamond BDGR-60 restaurant range has a large cooking surface with 10 open burners. These burners are made of cast iron and sit under 12-inch by 12-inch grates. Operators can adjust the burner temperature with individual high/low knobs along the front.
The base of this Black Diamond BDGR-60 commercial gas range features standard ovens. Each uses a bottom-mounted burner to heat the cavity instead of fan heat circulation. These oven cavities include two racks each, which are adjustable and removable depending on the pans and products. Cooks can adjust the oven temperature on the thermostats; they have setting options between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
