The Black Diamond BDCTG-60T gas griddle can be used to fry eggs and bacon or cook burgers and grilled cheese. Measuring 59.75 inches by 22 inches, the plate is 1 inch thick to improve heat distribution and retention compared to thin plates. It also is less likely to warp as it repeatedly heats up and cools down. This unit is heated by a 30,000-BTU burner every 12 inches; these five burners are controlled thermostatically, so users can set them between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The plate on this Black Diamond BDCTG-60T commercial flattop grill has splash guards around it, catching splatter to keep messes on the unit. Cooks can push crumbs and grease into the trough, and after it collects in the drip tray, it can be removed and cleaned. Durable and easy to clean, the front and sides are made of rust-resistant stainless steel.
