The Beverage Air WTR27AHC-SR worktop refrigerator has holes in its top for milk tubing lines, a built-in speed rail, and a whip cream holder in the cabinet. It operates from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The coated evaporator coil resists corrosion, and when maintenance is needed, the system can be accessed from the rear. To help the user accurately measure the internal temperature, a thermometer is included in the cabinet, where product is held on two epoxy-coated shelves. The removable door on this Beverage Air WTR27AHC-SR worktop refrigerator stays open past 120 degrees for loading product and closes by itself to keep cold air inside the unit.
