Beverage Air SPE27HC
The Beverage Air SPE27HC sandwich prep table includes six sixth-size pans and two ninth-size pans in the top compartment. The included pans are four inches deep, but the top can accommodate pans as deep as six inches. The pans keep product above freezing and below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s stainless steel hood and lid assembly keeps out contaminants and prevents cold air from escaping. A 10-inch-deep cutting board is included on the front so product can be prepped and added to the pans.
The cabinet has a storage space for extra ingredients that is kept between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Staff can stock the cabinet through the 120-degree stay-open door. Its self-closing design keeps air inside the Beverage Air SPE27HC salad prep table.
