The cabinet has four adjustable shelves and uses LED lighting to improve visibility.

The bottom-mounted refrigeration system in this Beverage Air RI18HC one-section reach-in refrigerator operates around floor dirt and debris, so it may be an issue in bakeries and other operations that use a lot of flour. Close to the floor, the components won’t be affected by rising heat in cook lines. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and keeps the temperature at a range within 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
