To resist corrosion and provide durability, the shelves and evaporator are epoxy coated. Using adjustable electronic controls and environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit cools from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation and uses forced air to cool product quickly.

The Beverage Air BB36HC-1-F-B-27 bar refrigerator has a solid door that self-closes to prevent cold air escape. It seals shut with a magnetic gasket and has a lock to prevent theft and vandalism. While employees stock the cabinet, the door can be propped open to prevent it from slamming on them. Its top and interior are made of stainless steel for durability and the cabinet has radial corners that can be wiped free of crumbs and bacteria.
