The Alto-Shaam TY2SYS-96-BLK hot deli display case lets customers serve themselves from the right side or the front of the unit, and a heat guard on the front protects them from burns. Before choosing their food, customers can view it through the glass window and the lit interior. Its glass sliding doors create a mirror effect to make the display attractive, and to keep food warm, the doors reflect heat back inside the cabinet.

Using Halo Heat technology, the Alto-Shaam TY2SYS-96-BLK full-serve hot deli display case surrounds food with heat without cooking it, keeping food fresh and tasty as the chef intended it to be. There are separate temperature controls for three different zones, so this display case provides heat for multiple applications. It doesn’t use water, so employees don’t have to worry about refilling it, and condensation will not buildup on the window. To ensure proper operation, a heat light will indicate when the case is working.
