Great for merchandising and cooking in grocery stores, the Alto-Shaam AR-7E-DBLPANE commercial rotisserie has seven angled spits that are designed to puncture through the chickens and hold them in place as they rotate and cook. This design works better than most basket units since the spits don’t leave a pattern on the cooked product. While the spits can hold 21 to 28 birds, the cook and hold feature gets product to a desired temperature and maintains it as the birds are merchandised.

The temperature in this Alto-Shaam AR-7E-DBLPANE seven-spit rotisserie is adjustable between 250 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit and can be controlled with the electronic system. So users can program operations in Fahrenheit or Celsius, the set level displays on the LED screen, and to ease operation for popular menu items, the controller supports seven-program memory functions. For visibility, the unit has interior lighting and a glass front window to showcase the product.
