The Advance Tabco WB-4G-NAT-BS water bath hot food table has four independently controlled wells, each using a water bath to heat foods more evenly than traditional-style dry wells. However, these wells also require constant monitoring to ensure the water bath does not run dry. Employees can control the well temperature with knobs, which have three different settings.

Constructed almost entirely of stainless steel, this Advance Tabco WB-4G-NAT-BS hot food well is suited for high-volume applications. In case of spills, the well interiors and top of the table are 302 series for high corrosion resistance. The 18-gauge legs are durable, and their adjustable feet stabilize the unit on most floors. For convenience, this model has both a shallow dish shelf and a large undershelf where additional equipment can be kept. Its thermoplastic cutting board runs the full width of the unit, providing plenty of room for dishing foods.
