The Advance Tabco HF-5G-NAT-BS hot food table holds food at serving temperatures in five food compartments. Each compartment is 20 inches long and 12 inches wide to accommodate a full-size steam pan. Elements under the wells heat the pans and are adjustable using individual knobs for each well. Wells are separated by a layer of fiberglass insulation, so each retains its own temperature without affecting the others. Because the compartments are designed for dry, waterless operation, the heat pattern is less even than wet well operation and users occasionally will need to stir the food in the pans.

This Advance Tabco HF-5G-NAT-BS steam table is mainly constructed of stainless steel, which is durable for heavy use. The support shelf reinforces the cutting board to prevent bends, so users can plate foods and finish dishes on the front without worrying about the board breaking. The unit has sturdy, 18-gauge legs and adjustable bullet feet for stability. Additional supplies can go into the undershelf, which is only accessible on the operator side.
