Advance Tabco HF-4G-NAT-BS 62 3/8″ Hot Food Table w/ (4) Wells & Cutting Board, Natural Gas

The Advance Tabco HF-4G-NAT-BS hot food table can keep cooked food ready to serve in four wells. The wells are designed for dry operation without any water in the bottom. However, if operators want the even heating of wet wells, they can add a spillage pan filled with 1 or 2 inches of water. For efficient heating, the wells are separated by dense fiberglass walls that retain heat. Operators control the heat level with four knobs on the front-one for each well. Foods can be plated and prepared on the 8-inch-deep cutting board, and supplies can be conveniently stored in the base. This base is enclosed on three sides, so only people in front can access items.
