Advance Tabco HF-4E-120-BS 62 3/8″ Hot Food Table w/ (4) Wells & Cutting Board, 120v

Designed to keep cooked food warm until it is served, the Advance Tabco HF-4E-120-BS hot food table has four 12-inch by 20-inch wells that hold 6-inch-deep pans. These wells are meant for dry operation, so a water bath is not needed; however, this creates a less even heat pattern but requires less maintenance than wet applications. Each well has an infinite control knob that adjusts the heat level. Along the front, a full-length cutting board creates a prepping and finishing space, while its undershelf is enclosed on three sides for supply storage.
