The Advance Tabco HF-3G-LP-BS hot food table has three 8-inch-deep wells, each of which can hold a full-size pan of food and keeps it ready to serve. Its wells are made for dry operation, but with a spillage pan, they can warm moist foods as well. Spillage pans require 1 to 2 inches of water to ensure the food above does not dry out. Because individual knobs control each well, one can be turned on or off without disturbing the others. Fiberglass insulation between the wells ensures each dish is heated to the right temperature and enables wells to hold room temperature dishes.

Equipped with a cutting board on top, this Advance Tabco HF-3G-LP-BS steam table enables users to conveniently plate foods. Dishes and other supplies can be stored in the undershelf base, where they are within reach. Mostly made of stainless steel, this unit resists dents, rust, and scratches. Its legs are cut at a sturdy 18-gauge thickness, while the adjustable bullet feet level the unit on most floors.
