The Advance Tabco HF-3E-120-DR hot food table can keep three different foods warm and ready to serve. Full-size food pans fit in the wells, and because they are 8 inches deep, they can conveniently accommodate a spillage pan as well. Spillage pans need between 1 to 2 inches of water to ensure the held food stays moist. Ideal for warming already cooked foods, the control knobs provide low temperatures. Its wells are separate with individual controls and walls of fiberglass between them.

Each well is lined with galvanized stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant. For durability, the top, base, and legs are made of stainless steel, while the bullet feet stabilize on most floors. This Advance Tabco HF-3E-120-DR steam table has an enclosed base with sliding doors, and plates, seasoning, and other supplies can be stored inside for fast access. On the top, a full-width cutting board is supported by a shelf and enables users to assemble dishes. The board is ³/₈-inch thick so it can handle the weight of users working on it, and in case it breaks, it is removable for replacement.
