Because the Advance Tabco HF-3E-120-BS hot food table has three individually controlled wells, it can accommodate three different foods at once. Each well is separated by fiberglass so the heat in one well does not affect the others. For corrosion resistance, the wells are lined with galvanized stainless steel, and their 8-inch depth can hold spillage pans for wet operation. To ensure product in the food pans stays moist, spillage pans should be filled with 1 to 2 inches of water. In the wells, temperatures get hot enough to create steam and warm foods, but they cannot cook foods.

For durability, most of this Advance Tabco HF-3E-120-BS steam table is made of stainless steel, including the top, base, legs, and feet. The unit resists scratches, dings, and dents, while its adjustable feet provide stability on most floors. Because of its open base, convenient storage is provided for additional supplies, and employees can quickly prepare foods on the top’s cutting board. Its ³/₈-inch-thick cutting board is sturdy and reinforced by a stainless steel support shelf.
