The Advance Tabco HF-2G-NAT-BS hot food table has two 12-inch by 20-inch wells, so it can hold two different products at warm temperatures until they are served. Its wells hold 6-inch-deep pans and have separate burners with adjustable heat control knobs. Because of the dry design, the wells do not need a water bath to operate. While this prevents users from having to maintain water levels, it also creates a less consistent heat pattern. On the front, an 8-inch-wide cutting board provides a prep space, and the cabinet base accommodates supplies and small equipment.
