Keeping pre-cooked food warm and ready to serve, the Advance Tabco HF-2G-NAT hot food table has two wells that each measure 12 inches by 20 inches and have their own control knobs. Instead of using water, these wells are made to be used with a dry method. Without water, the heating pattern is not as even, but it requires less cleaning and no maintenance of water levels. Made of durable stainless steel, the table supports heavy use and simplifies the cleaning process. A plastic cutting board is integrated into the front for convenient prepping and plating, and a shelf under the wells provides a place for storing supplies.
