Advance Tabco HF-2G-LP-BS 32 13/16″ Hot Food Table w/ (2) Wells & Cutting Board, Liquid Propane

Made for hot, pre-cooked food, the Advance Tabco HF-2G-LP-BS hot food table operates without a water bath, and this dry design eliminates the need to maintain water levels but produces a less-even heat pattern, requiring stirring to prevent scorching. It has two 12-inch by 20-inch wells, and each one accommodates a 6-inch-deep pan. On the front, separate knobs control each well, and a cutting board can be used as a plating surface. Supplies can be stored under the food wells in the three-sided enclosed cabinet base.
