The Advance Tabco HF-2E-120-X electric hot food table is constructed of stainless steel to resist scuffs and dents. Its control knobs let users set the temperatures, while indicator lights show when the unit is on and ready. To keep food hot, the food table is insulated between compartments with fiberglass. Stainless steel gussets hold the legs in place, while an 8-inch support shelf is underneath the food table to hold product. Intended for dry use, the Advance Tabco HF-2E-120-X electric hot food table holds hot food pans. It has an 8-inch thermoplastic cutting board that can be removed for cleaning, and two wells hold pans as deep as 7³/₄ inches.
