All its glass components have a clear design that’s easy to see through, and the top, side panels, and front are all heat tempered to resist breaking in high-heat applications. The front glass, which sports a cafeteria-style structure, can be rotated in 15-degree increments as needed with Chamber Lock technology. The top shelf holds as much as 100 pounds of utensils, dishes, condiments, and decorations when evenly distributed.
