To prevent breaking in high-heat applications, The Advance Tabco GSGC-15-144 Sleek Shield food shield’s top shelf, front, and side panels have a heat-tempered glass composition. The top shelf, which measures ³/₈ of an inch thick, supports as much as 100 pounds, which is great for storing utensils, condiments, and packaged foods. Its front glass extends to the table, protecting displayed foods from airborne particulates and contaminants. It can also be rotated in 15-degree increments with Chamber Lock technology, which is fixed on its upright legs. Measuring 144 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high, it’s mountable on countertops, buffet tables, and steam pan tables.
