Equipped with heat-tempered front, top, and side panels, the Advance Tabco GSG-12-144 Sleek Shield self-service food shield can withstand hot air without breaking. The panels are all made of a clear material so users can view displayed food directly, and the self-service front glass design enables users to reach steam table pans on a buffet table while protecting food from contaminants. The front glass can be adjusted in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock technology, which is fixed on the unit’s uprights. This 144-inch-wide by 12-inch-deep by 18-inch-high shield is supported by stainless steel posts; a glass top shelf holds as much as 100 pounds of uniformly distributed items for added storage space.
