Constructed of stainless steel, the front shelf resists rust, corrosion, scrapes, and dents, and it offers space for utensils to sit during its use in a buffet line. For versatile operation, the front glass locks in place in three different positions. This 3/8-inch-thick front glass is heat tempered for durability; to mount the unit to a countertop, it’s stabilized on upright legs and two additional support legs in the center.
