Accommodating 98 pounds of ice, the chest is 12 inches deep, and it has a seven-circuit cold plate and foam insulation to keep ice from melting. A 4-inch backsplash on the unit keeps the surrounding area free of water, and the two racks that hold mixer bottles are removable for loading and unloading.
