Advance Tabco CPU-4-DR 62 7/16″ Cold Food Bar – (4) Pan Capacity, Floor Model, Stainless Steel

Constructed of stainless steel, the Advance Tabco CPU-4-DR cold food bar is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding. Its enclosed base includes an undershelf that can be accessed behind two sliding doors to hold supplies. An upper shelf is built with a poly cutting board that employees can use to prepare ingredients for chilling in the ice bin, which accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch pans. A 1-inch drain facilitates water removal, and fiberglass insulation ensures ice melts slowly to keep food cool for extended periods.
