The Advance Tabco CPU-4-BS cold food bar is equipped with a poly cutting board that’s useful for chopping and prepping ingredients. The unit is made of stainless steel-a durable metal that won’t rust or corrode with long-term use. The bin accommodates four food pans with enough room underneath for ice storage. Insulated with fiberglass, the cabinet retains cold air and slows ice melting, and when it does melt, a 1-inch drain facilitates removal of water. Overall, this unit measures 62⁷/₁₆ inches wide by 30⁵/₈ inches deep by 34³/₈ inches high.
