The Advance Tabco CPU-2-BS cold food bar is constructed of durable stainless steel to resist rust. It is cooled by ice and has fiberglass insulation to maintain low temperatures for hours. This serving counter measures 31¹³/₁₆ inches long by 30⁵/₈ inches wide by 34³/₈ inches tall, which includes the 8-inch removable cutting board. It has room for two full-sized pans, and underneath the well is a fixed shelf for convenient storage. The enclosed ends of the food bar add stability, while adjustable plastic bullet feet are included with this model.
