To enable high-volume production, the Adcraft DF-12L/2 countertop fryer has two tanks that can each cook as much as 25 pounds of food per hour. Each tank has a 6-liter capacity and comes with a built-in front faucet to facilitate safe oil removal. It is constructed of durable stainless steel, so it is long-lasting and corrosion resistant.

The Adcraft DF-12L/2 electric fryer comes with two baskets, each with a heat-resistant and ergonomic handle for a secure, comfortable grip. Each tank has graduation markings indicating minimum and maximum oil levels, and wire mesh grates protect the heating coils. To ensure safe usage, this unit is equipped with an overheat sensor.
