Designed for countertop use, the Accutemp S32401D060 Steam’N’Hold boilerless convection steamer measures 23.26 inches wide by 23.63 inches deep by 20.97 inches high. It features fast cook, low-temp, steam, and hold modes and doesn’t require connection to a water or drain line for installation. Streamlining cleaning, it’s equipped with a front-mounted drain valve, and when water levels are insufficient, operators are alerted with a light and audible buzzer.
To ensure a long service life in fast-pace commercial environments, the Accutemp S32401D060 countertop convection steamer’s cavity is constructed of strong, 14-gauge stainless steel. Adding durability, it features a heavy-duty door with a quick-release function that enables operators to open it during a cooking cycle. It utilizes vacuum cooking technology to reduce cooking times and maximize efficiency, and the unit is also equipped with a 90-minute timer and power-on switch.
