The Accutemp N61201E060 Evolution countertop steamer has a durable, rust-resistant, stainless steel cavity that holds six 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-2.5-inch pans. It is heated by natural gas and uses steam vector technology to shorten cook times. Since this system does not have moving parts, malfunction risks are reduced. The digital control system is simple to use with a digital display and timer. In this Accutemp N61201E060 connected steamer, operators prepare food in the cook mode and keep it warm in the variable temperature hold mode. Able to endure heavy use, the door is field reversible and can be opened at any time during a cook cycle.
