To reduce the risk of overheating or injury, it’s equipped with heating and over-temperature indicator lights. Using digital thermostatic controls, operators can adjust the griddle’s temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

For countertop placement, the Accutemp EGF2403A4850-T1 electric griddle is elevated on 4-inch legs with bullet feet. It features a built-in grease trough to expedite cleaning, while its 4-inch-high backsplash helps keep grease splatter off the adjoining wall.
