With a 14-gauge stainless steel steamer cavity, this unit supports heavy-duty use and resists rust. Its cast aluminum heating element provides quick heat-up and is separated from the steaming area to prevent corrosion.

The Accutemp E62403D130 convection steamer fits atop a counter or table top and can hold six full food pans measuring no more than 20 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 2¹/₂ inches deep.
