It utilizes Steam Vector Technology for quick cooking and operates with no moving parts, reducing the need for maintenance. Keeping employees updated on the system’s status, it has a digital temperature display on the front, and indicator lights shine when the temperature is too high or the water levels are too high or low. Its two modes, cooking and holding, keep food warm until it’s served.

The Accutemp E32401E080 countertop steamer measures 26.63 inches wide by 30.42 inches deep by 20.97 inches high. It has wire racks that enable air to flow evenly throughout them, and they are made of one piece to prevent debris from accumulating in any crevices. To withstand opening and closing, the door has a heavy-duty construction, and it can be opened while the unit is in operation to add ingredients or monitor food.
