The Accutemp E32401D080 convection steamer’s heavy-duty door can be opened during use, enabling employees to check on food and add ingredients if needed. For monitoring purposes, a digital temperature display is located on the front panel, and digital controls enable adjustments to the operating system. This unit has cooking and variable hold temperature modes, and it uses Steam Vector Technology for quick steaming.

The racks in the Accutemp E32401D080 countertop steamer have a one-piece construction to prevent the buildup of debris, and they are made of wire for uniform air circulation. When they get dirty, they can be removed and cleaned in the dishwasher. This unit accommodates three full-size pans of food, and after use, water is removed through the front drain valve. Offering durability, the exterior is made of stainless steel, and the heating element is made of cast aluminum.
