Accutemp ALLEC-40 Description
With the Accutemp ALLEC-40 Edge Series steam kettle, chefs can prepare 40 gallons of stew, chili, or soup at a time. Stainless steel construction on the interior and exterior ensure it withstands high-volume use without breaking or rusting. This stationary model has a temperature range of 150 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit.
Designed to heat food uniformly from all sides without hot spots, the Accutemp ALLEC-40 stationary kettle has a steam jacket around its bottom two-thirds. This jacket is self-contained and heated by field-replaceable elements, so a connection to an external steam source isn’t required. Because it’s insulated, this unit retains heat and doesn’t become too hot to touch during cooking.
