The Advance Tabco DBS-43R triple-compartment sink functions as a full dish cleaning station in commercial kitchens, as its three bowls can accommodate the necessary wash, rinse, and sanitation stages. It has a side drainboard that can be used for drying dishes once they’ve been cleaned. Because the sink bowls are one-piece units, seams that could harbor food debris and contaminants are eliminated.
